By accessing or using Florify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Service Description
Florify is a plant care management application that provides:
- Plant collection management with photos and care schedules
- Automated care reminders via web and Telegram notifications
- AI-powered plant identification, health diagnosis, and care recommendations
- Telegram bot integration for mobile plant management
Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Florify
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
Subscriptions and Payments
- Florify offers Free, Standard, and Premium subscription tiers with different features and limits
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are generally not provided, but you may contact us for exceptional circumstances
User Content
- You retain ownership of photos and data you upload to Florify
- By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for providing the service (e.g., AI analysis)
- You may not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
AI Features Disclaimer
Florify uses artificial intelligence for plant identification and care recommendations:
- AI results are not guaranteed to be accurate; always verify plant identifications
- AI recommendations are informational only and not professional horticultural advice
- AI features are subject to daily usage limits based on your subscription tier
Limitation of Liability
Florify is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to plant damage or loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
