- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Florify service

We use the following third-party services to operate Florify:
- OpenAI: AI plant identification, diagnosis, and care recommendations

- Cloudflare R2: Secure storage for your plant photos
- Google: Optional sign-in authentication
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal data, plants, photos, and care history are permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics.
